Why make a Will?

By making a Will you can indicate how you would like your estate to be distributed upon your death. You can choose who you would like to deal with your estate administration, namely Executors and more importantly who you would like to look after your children, Guardians, should you die prematurely.

If you die without leaving a Will you will be deemed to have died intestate. Law then dictates how your estate is distributed:
